My husband and I are very happy with the service we receive from Turf Masters! The lady who signed me up was super pleasant. I wish I could remember her name. I recently had interaction with the office supervisor Jana. I was very appreciative of her fast response and kindness. I love our tech Adam!! He is so pleasant. He takes the time to explain any issues with our lawn and the best way to take care of it. I like having the same person on a regular basis. A PREVIOUS company we used would send different people out. I requested numerous times for the tech that signed us up to be assigned to our yard since he always did our neighbors. He cared and took time to explain things unlike the others; would just spray and leave. No matter how many times I requested the same guy, they didn’t seem to care what we wanted. It seemed like they went out of their way to NOT make us happy customers. Anytime I had an issue, their customer service was horrible. TURF MASTERS IS 100% better than their competitor!! Hands down!! I’m so thankful I don’t have the same issue with them!! So keep doing what you’re doing TURF MASTERS!! You are all ROCK STARS!! Adam is incredibly consistent in and making sure I don’t have any questions and if I do, he answers them and explains things. He rings the doorbell whenever I’m home and if not, he actually will take the time to call me to see if I have any concerns. I can’t say enough about how much that is appreciated!! We’re very happy with our service!! Thank you ADAM for taking the time to explain things to me!! He’s the BEST!!
